Laadio has no account

Laadio (by Thaayakam LTD) works without an account. We don't know who you are, so there is no account to delete.

On your phone

Your favourite chargers, charge cards, car, settings and alerts are stored on your phone only. Uninstall the app, or clear its data in Android settings (Apps → Laadio → Storage → Clear data), and they are gone.

On our server

Charger reports: the charger, the kind of report, your optional note and a random code from the app. We keep them for at most 12 months and then delete them automatically.

Launch news sign-up (on the website): your email address and language. We delete it after the one launch email.

We do not keep your location or routes. Technical server logs (IP address, time, requested address) are deleted after at most 14 days.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject ‘Delete my data’. Mention the email address you signed up with, and for reports roughly when and at which charger you made them. We delete the data within 30 days and confirm by email. Nothing is kept.
